We tried flagging down and would dodge us, it was bad all around. The steaks both came out rare, I just couldn't eat them. My partner and I first asked for straws never got them, we then never got refills on our drinks, our food order came out wrong, we also orders steaks medium and medium well. We had the worst service I had ever had in my life, it was very hard for my partner and I to believe we were getting bad service at a Secrets location, and us being preferred club member. The bad experience came when my partner and I went to the Italian restaurant Nebbiolo.

It also happened on our last full day at Secrets. There was only one moment in my whole experience at Secrets that was very unpleasant. The use of drones or artifacts that fly or float in or on the premises of our resort is strictly forbidden.This property was amazing I loved the service, the food, and the ambience.
